This is a psychoeducation and peer support group for adolescents between the ages of 14 and 18 who struggle with or have been diagnosed with an eating disorder. The foundations of this group will use psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Participants will gain peer support, coping skills, goal development, new educational viewpoints, and more. This is a closed group, meaning we have limited availability. This program includes twelve sessions and runs from October 3rd 2023 to January 16th 2024.
